VirMedice’s Model for Success
The VirMedice ASP model (Application Service Provider) allows small and mid sized medical practices to enjoy the same full featured NextGen medical records and practice management software that large groups are using at a fraction of the cost. VirMedice provides project management, implementation, training, EDI services, knowledge base (template) development, software updates and on-going support. These health care management services come without limitations and are included in your monthly fee.

Electronic claims, statements and remittance
EDI services are included in your monthly service fee. The client pays postage for patient communications such as statements and letters.
Knowledgebase (Template) customization
The EMR software system comes loaded with the standard NextGen KBM (knowledge base model) for your specialty. Our template development team works with you and your project manager to make the changes necessary to improve productivity and increase the ease of use.
Software Support
Support is only a phone call away. We don’t use email or web logs to shield you from live knowledgeable help. Our staff is available to help whether you have a billing problem, need clinical advice, or simply can’t print a report.
Product enhancements and updates
The NextGen EPM and EMR product along with several 3rd party databases are updated on a regular basis. Coordinated by your project manager, our IT department installs those updates during convenient after-hours time.
